Freight rates from the ports of Great Odesa decreased
Last week, rates for transportation by sea transport decreased for the May-June period.
This was reported by Spike Brokers analysts.
So, last week, the freight for bonfires from the ports of Reni and Izmail decreased by $2 per ton.
Rates for transportation from Great Odesa to Tunisia and Egypt also decreased by $1-2 per ton.
In turn, panamax freight to China and South Vietnam increased by an average of $2 per ton.
The cost of freight by barges to Constanta remained unchanged.
Market rates for transportation by sea:
• Izmail – Constanta (1-3 thousand tons) @€10-11;
• Ismail – Spain, Mediterranean (5-7 thousand tons) @$35-36;
• Izmail – Israel (5-7 thousand tons) @$13-33;
• Chornomorsk – Tunisia (30-35 thousand tons) @ $34-36;
• Chornomorsk – Egypt (30-35 thousand tons) @ $25-27;
• Chornomorsk – China (60-65 thousand tons) @$56-58;
• Chornomorsk – Vietnam (60-65 thousand tons) @$54-56.
As previously reported by USM, Ukrainian exports from Black Sea ports reached pre-war levels.
