In Ukraine the development of “e-TTN” was completed

Already in January 2023, the implementation and testing of the electronic bill of loading system with business will begin.

The first three provider companies (EDIN, PTAH and AgriChain) have passed testing for interaction with the “e-TTN” Electronic Document Management System, the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine reports.

Thanks to the system, registration, accounting and exchange of goods and transport invoices are carried out in electronic form between participants in road freight transport.

In total, 19 providers of electronic document management joined the “e-TTN” System project.

“The next stage of the project is the implementation and testing of the “e-TTN” System with business. It starts already in January 2023. The purpose of the stage is to improve the quality and transparency of the transportation process, to significantly simplify and speed up the interaction between the consignor, carrier and consignee, to eliminate corruption risks and to improve business conditions,” the ministry explained.

In order to prepare for the use of “e-TTN”, it is enough for a business to conclude a contract with one of the providers involved in the project.

As previously reported by USM, in August 2022 “e-TTN” was to become mandatory for all transport operations in Ukraine. However, due to russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, work on the project was temporarily suspended.
