Russia attacked a ship in the Black Sea: details


On the morning of September 17, a Russian UAV attacked a Tanzanian-flagged vessel heading to one of the Ukrainian ports.

This was reported by the Ministry of Infrastructure.  

The ship’s captain was killed as a result of the attack, and three other crew members were injured. Information about the vessel’s condition is being clarified.

“Russia is systematically attacking Ukrainian ports, port infrastructure and civilian merchant vessels, posing a threat to people and international shipping in the Black Sea. We expect an appropriate response from the international community and further coordinated actions to strengthen the protection of civilian shipping and the security of international logistics routes,” the ministry said.
