In Ukraine, the qualification confirmation procedure for small vessel drivers has been updated

From now on, the drivers of small vessels and jet skis will be able to confirm their qualifications according to the new procedure.
We have completely updated the procedure for confirming the qualifications of the seafarers of small vessels and jet skis, as well as issuing an international certificate for the right to operate a recreational vessel.
According to the new Procedure, services for confirming the qualifications of shipmasters will be provided by the Shipping Administration.
On April 3 and 4, they will start accepting documents for exchange (replacement). Admission will be carried out by authorized persons of the qualification commission on working days at the following addresses:
• Administration of Shipping, Kyiv, Peremogy Avenue, 14 (first floor, entrance to the right of the central entrance) – (044) 294-60-16;
• Black Sea Interregional Administration, Odesa, str. Uspenska, 4 – (093) 415-48-91
• Podilsk-Carpathian interregional administration, Kamianets Podilskyi, str. Ivan Mazepa, bldg. 44; Lutsk, str. Slovackoho, 28a – (098) 349-59-64
• Danube Interregional Administration, Izmail, st. Portova, 16 – (098)464-29-78.
The service will also soon be provided in the cities of Dnipro and Cherkasy.
In order to receive a certificate, persons who intend to confirm the candidate’s qualifications can apply with a corresponding application. Acceptance of documents will begin on April 10.
