More than 4,000 grain trucks move to the ports of Great Odesa


Two weeks ago, the number of wagons with grain heading to the deep-sea ports of Odesa was 6,244 units.

4,064 wagons with grain are headed in the direction of the ports of Great Odesa. This was reported by the representative of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” Valery Tkachov, writes Rail.insider writes.

Currently, the average daily rate of unloading wagons with grain in sea ports is 1,254 units. During the week, this volume decreased by 45 wagons per day.

The accumulation of grain trucks in the direction of the port of Izmail decreased by 66 units. Now this figure is 446 wagons. At the same time, the average daily volume of unloading wagons with grain in the port of Izmail decreased by 23 units – to 105 wagons per day.

As USM wrote, the day before MSC canceled the first flight of the container service to the port of Odesa due to delays in customs control.
