More than 6 million tons of Ukrainian grain have already been exported

Since July 1st, Ukraine has exported 6.177 million tons of grain and leguminous crops.

Exports from the beginning of 2021/22 MY are 555 thousand tons higher than the same period a year earlier.

In the context of crops, since the beginning of the season, the following have been exported:

• 2.931 million tons of wheat (-476 thousand tons),
• 2.07 million tons of barley (+372 thousand tons),
• 5.9 thousand tons of rye (+5.6 thousand tons),
• 1.153 million tons of corn (+645 thousand tons).

The total export of flour from Ukraine as of August 20th amounted to 18.9 thousand tons (-10.5 thousand tons), including wheat – 18.7 thousand tons (-10.4 thousand tons).

In August alone, as of the August 20th, shipments of Ukrainian grain were estimated at 3.14 million tons.
