“Nibulon” shipped 2 million tons of grain to the Danube
Agricultural products are exported to 25 countries of the world through the “Bessarabska” branch of “Nibulon” in Izmail.
The “Bessarabska” branch of “Nibulon” handled more than 2 million tons of agricultural products since the beginning of its work. This is reported by Latifundist.
Currently, the “Bessarabska” branch has three berths. The number of employees increased from 23 to more than 100. Also, “Nibulon” put into operation an automated unloading line from wagons and built additional containers for receiving grain from railway transport during bad weather.
Thanks to the new line, the volume of unloading at branches increased to 60 wagons per day. “Nibulon” introduced the electronic vehicle registration service, thanks to which it was possible to eliminate queues, speed up the processing time of vehicles and manage export flows.
Previously, “Nibulon” offered “Ukrzaliznytsia” to reduce railway tariffs for transportation to the Danube ports.
USM recently wrote that “Nibulon” will combine its own elevators into groups. The only branch that will continue to work independently is “Bessarabska”, because it is located at a great distance from all other groups of elevators and is focused on transshipment of grain, not on accumulation and finishing.
