“Nibulon” will work on the Danube despite expensive logistics

Agroholding “Nibulon” will not stop exporting through the Danube, despite the more expensive logistics than in the ports of Great Odesa.

This was stated by the general director of the agricultural holding, Andrii Vadaturskyi, writes Latifundist.

Currently, half of Nibulon’s supplies go through the Black Sea, half through the Danube, where the export price is $6-7/ton higher.

According to him, the presence of an alternative to the ports of Great Odesa provides protection.

“Russia will understand that its spending on missile strikes will not bring the expected effect, and supplies will not stop,” noted Andriy Vadaturskyi.

He also noted that the company’s routes on the Danube are currently operating at about a third. At the same time, unused capacity can be crucial if traders suddenly need to switch more volumes from Black Sea terminals.

USM previously reported that Nibulon reported how two mechanical grain samplers from USAID helped increase processing speed at the “Bessarabska” branch.
