DTEK Energo imported more than 100,000 tons of coal from Poland for Ukrainian thermal power plants.
DTEK Energo increased the volume of contracted imported coal from Poland to 280,000 tons.
“DTEK Energo” imported almost 40,000 tons of coal for the heating season.
DTEK imports another Panamax with 45,000 tons of Colombian coal.
DTEK Energo has agreed on an additional 4 panamax class vessels with imported thermal coal.
Thermal coal reserves at thermal power plants and cogenerations in Ukraine exceeded last year’s figures. The main growth factor is sea supplies of solid fuel.
In the port of Pivdennyi, another vessel with coal for DTEK is being processed.
One consignment will arrive at the port of Chornomorsk, the other – at the port of Pivdennyi. In total, bulk carriers will deliver 150 thousand tons of thermal coal to Ukraine.
The fourth vessel with coal for thermal power plants of Ukraine is moored to berth No. 8 of SE “CSP Yuzhny “.
