The volume of grain accepted at Kernel’s silos in the 1st quarter of fiscal year 2022 (FY) amounted to 1 million tons of grains and oilseeds. That’s 19% less than the same period in FY2021.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed Evrovneshtorg to acquire a silo complex in Mykolaiv.

Only 30% of Ukrainian inland silos are suitable for normal use, the rest are outdated. Gennady Klimenko, ex-general director of the silo division of Trigon Agri AS, spoke about this in a comment for AgroPolit.
