During November, Ukraine increased exports and imports by sea and river transport.

As a result of the high harvest and the unstable operation of the ports, grain traders predict significant logistical problems in October.

The Government of Ukraine and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy appealed to the European Commission to compensate Ukrainian farmers for the cost of transporting grain to distant EU ports.
