The Cabinet of Ministers determined the boundaries of the water areas of the seaports of Izmail, Reni and Olvia

At a meeting on Wednesday, June 2nd, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine determined the boundaries of the water areas of the seaports of Izmail, Reni and the specialized seaport of Olvia.
In December 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers defined the boundaries of the water areas of the ports of Kherson, Izmail, Berdyansk and Odesa. Next, in January of this year, the territories of the ports of Pivdenny, Mariupol, Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, Skadovsk and Berdyansk. Now it is turn of the ports of Izmail, Reni and Olvia.
According to UNIAN, this decision was caused by the need to bring the legislation in line with the Water Code of Ukraine and the law “On the seaports of Ukraine”.
