The government has allowed cancellation of reservations for critical enterprises

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine allowed checking and canceling reservations for critical enterprises.

The decision of the Cabinet of Ministers refers to the new rules regarding the definition of enterprises of critical importance to the economy.

According to the document, the bodies that decide on granting critical enterprise status can now carry out inspections to assess their compliance. If the enterprise does not meet the criteria, its status can be canceled, and in case of compliance, it can be confirmed.

The body is obliged to inform the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Defense, the SBU and other relevant structures about the results of the inspection within one day.

We will remind you that the Diya public services portal has stopped the possibility of reserving employees from mobilization until at least November 15.
