The port of Odesa will cooperate with the ports of the Baltic States


Ukraine and Latvia have agreed to intensify business relationships between the port of Odesa and the ports of Riga, Ventspils, Liepaja.

This became known from the meeting between the administration of the Odesa port and top managers of the Latvian railway, Riga and Ventspils free ports.

At the meeting, the parties discussed the possibility of cooperation between the port of Odesa and the ports of Latvia. In particular, the development of multimodal transportation within the framework of international transport corridors that unite the logistics routes of the Black and Baltic Seas is being considered.

As USM reported earlier, the port of Mariupol turned to its European partners: the company is looking for investors for the construction of grain and container terminals.
