The Russians attacked Odesa with 32 drones: granaries were damaged
For more than six hours, Russian troops attacked the southern regions of Ukraine, including the Danube port infrastructure, with kamikaze drones.
Since the evening of December 13, the Russians have launched 39 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Shahed-136/131 type from the occupied Crimea over civilian infrastructure, the Southern Defense Forces reported.
The Ukrainian military successfully dealt with all the attack drones: 2 were destroyed in the Kherson region, 5 in the Mykolaiv region, and 32 in the Odesa region.
In the Danube region, the enemy attacked port infrastructure, having already traditionally directed drones along the Ukrainian-Romanian state border. The warehouses of two granaries were damaged by falling debris. People were not injured.
In Odesa, fragments of downed kamikaze drones damaged more than a dozen buildings, mostly residential ones, private cars were burned. It is previously known about 11 injured civilians, including 3 children. Rescuers promptly extinguished the fire and deployed the heating station.
