The State Food and Consumer Protection Service of Ukraine is forming lists of exporters of corn and soybeans to China

Documents confirming phytosanitary procedures in places of cultivation and storage of corn and soybeans must be submitted by October 15, 2026.
The State Service for Food and Consumer Protection of Ukraine reminded Ukrainian companies planning to export corn and soybeans to China of the need to submit documents for inclusion in the relevant lists. This was reported by the press service of the department.
Four lists are being formed for exports to China: corn storage places, corn exporters, soybean storage places and soybean exporters.
To get on the lists, you must provide documents confirming the implementation of phytosanitary procedures in places of cultivation and storage of these crops.
The documents must be sent to the State Service for Food and Consumer Protection of Ukraine by email at [email protected] by October 15, 2026. After that, the information will be transferred to the Chinese side.
Sample applications and a list of required documents are published on the portal of the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection of Ukraine in the section “Phytosanitary Requirements of the PRC”.
