The Ukrainian Parliament supported draft laws aimed at combating the “shadow” export of agricultural products.

The Verkhovna Rada supported draft laws 10168-2 and 10169 in the first reading. Yaroslav Zheleznyak, first deputy of the parliament’s tax committee, reported this on Telegram.

The purpose of the documents is to improve the implementation of foreign economic operations on the export of grain. 231 and 253 deputies voted to support the draft laws, respectively.

Before the second reading, draft laws will be finalized together with the Ministry of Agrarian Policy. It is expected that this decision will help fight against the “shadow” export of grain and non-return of foreign exchange.
