The winner of the auction paid for the Ust-Dunaisk port

The company “Elixir Ukraine” won the auction for the privatization of the port “Ust-Dunaisk” back in January 2023, offering more than UAH 200 million.
On Monday, February 13, the winner of the auction for the privatization of SE “Ust-Dunaisk Sea Trade Port” made a payment in the amount of UAH 201 million 300 and another UAH 40 million 200 thousand of VAT.
“What will happen next? By February 21, the buyer must conclude a preliminary sales contract. After that, he will have another 60 working days to conclude a notarial agreement. This is a legislative innovation, so that the buyer can prepare documents for the notarization of the contract. For example, a permit from the Antimonopoly Committee,” Oleksandr Slavskyi, head of the regional branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions, said.
As previously reported by USM, the winner of the auction for the privatization of Ust-Dunaisk became Elixir Ukraine LLC. The company is part of the “VIMEXIM” group, and is also an official representative of Elixir Zorka – a modern factory for the production of complex mineral fertilizers in Šabac.
The company is engaged in the sale of complex mineral fertilizers in Ukraine. Valery Vikhrenko is the founder and owner of the “VIMEXIM” Group of Companies, which is engaged in processing, exporting and providing logistics services from grain and oil crops.
