Ukraine feeds 400 million people around the world, and has the opportunity to increase this number to 600 million.

Today, Ukraine has the ability to feed 600 million people, stated the US special representative for the economic recovery of Ukraine, Penny Pritzker, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

Pritzker called the possibilities of Ukrainian agriculture “huge”. She added that now that the Black Sea is functioning, Ukraine has also increased its exports of metals, which, as in the case of agricultural products, has helped increase state revenues and contributed to economic growth.

Among the sectors that are already ready for investment, Pritzker mentioned transport and logistics.
