Ukrainian seamen are urged not to use the “Sailor’s Cabinet”

Qualification documents can be obtained either from the Shipping Administration or from Morrichservice.
Ukrainian sailors were reminded that no regulatory legal act provides for the existence, use or functioning of the “Sailor’s Electronic Cabinet” application.
“We do not interact with him in any way and have nothing to do with him. The only legal way to obtain qualification documents is to apply to the Shipping Administration or Morrichservice, in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulations,” the Shipping Administration noted.
In the near future, they plan to provide the possibility of passing a computer exam in Odesa and Izmail.
There are also the first results of transparent graduation of sailors. On Tuesday, February 21, the State Qualification Commission for Seafarers, after considering the seafarer’s application, made a decision to confirm his professional competence based on seniority.
