USPA will be reorganized into a joint-stock company
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the reorganization of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” into a joint-stock company.
This was announced by the Deputy of Ukraine Oleksiy Goncharenko in his Telegram. The reorganization of the USPA into a joint-stock company will take place instead of the reorganization and optimization of the staff.

Then the project provided for the reorganization of the State Enterprise “USPA” into a joint-stock company with the release from “many excessive bureaucratic restrictions that hinder work, with the provision of the USPA more freedom in making managerial decisions”.
