Yuzhny port has accepted the third vessel with coal for Centrenergo


Today, December 17th, SE “CSP Yuzhny” has accepted the third vessel with coal from the USA for Centrenergo.

Bulk carrier Kyoto Star brought 82.5 thousand tons of thermal coal from the United States for Centrenergo PJSC. Now the vessel is being processed at berth No. 9, the operation will be completed by December 23rd.

“Yuzhny Commercial Sea Port efficiently processes imported coal for Ukrainian power engineers. In the near future, it is planned to unload one more vessel Saphira (77 thousand tons of coal) for DTEK. The staff of the Yuzhny port is ready to ensure high speed and efficiency of processing,” the press service of the state stevedore noted.

Bulk carrier Kyoto Star has a deadweight of 84,956 tons, a length of 229 meters and a width of 48 meters. Flag – Liberia.
