Solskyi discussed the work of the Grain Agreement with the Minister of Agriculture of Turkey


Ukraine and Turkey plan to strengthen cooperation in the agricultural sector, and also hope for the continuation of the Grain Agreement.

The Minister of Agricultural Policy of Ukraine, Mykola Solsky, held a conversation with the newly appointed Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of Turkey, Ibrahim Yumakli.

The parties agreed on the importance of the Grain Agreement and the need to continue its work. The ministers also discussed the issue of further steps of cooperation in the agricultural sector between Ukraine and Turkey.

Ibrahim Yumakly noted that he was glad to meet him and assured that Ukraine and Turkey will continue to cooperate in the interests of both countries. For his part, Solsky congratulated the new minister on his appointment and expressed hope for fruitful cooperation.

USM previously reported that President Zelenskyy will visit Turkey for talks with Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the future of the Grain Agreement.
