He was “re-registering” the property of the Kherson seaport: the SBU detained the lawyer of the rashists

The Security Service of Ukraine detained an enemy henchman who was engaged in the “re-registration” of the property of the Kherson seaport, which had been captured at that time.
The perpetrator turned out to be a local lawyer who, after the capture of the city, supported the Russian invaders, and later joined the local occupation administration of the Russian Federation.
“There he became the head of the “technical inventory bureau” (BTI) created by the aggressor. According to available data, the collaborator was appointed to this “position” under the personal patronage of Gauleiter Saldo,” the SBU reports.
In this position, the person involved was engaged in the “re-registration” of the property of the Kherson Seaport, seized at the time, on the “balance sheet” of the occupying “Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation”.
After the liberation of Kherson, the suspect tried to hide from justice. However, SBU officers located him and detained him.
He was informed of the suspicion under part 1 of Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (assistance to the aggressor state). He is currently in custody. The perpetrator faces up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
