The Russians put the damaged missile ship “Askold” into dry dock

The Russians put the damaged ship “Askold” into a dry dock in the occupied Crimea.

The Russians are trying to hide the damaged part of the ship with special structures, “Militarnyi”reports.

After the attack on the “Zaliv” plant in Kerch, the ship was never repaired. The small missile ship was brought into the dock, so Russia is probably counting on the recovery of the ship.

It will be recalled that on the evening of November 4, explosions rang out at the “Zaliv” shipyard in the temporarily occupied Kerch. The small missile ship “Askold” was damaged.

The ship had at least three hits. This Kalibr cruise missile carrier is one of the newest ships of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation and has not yet had time to take part in combat operations.

In addition to 8 “Kalibr” launchers, Askold has its own anti-aircraft system — the “Pantsir-M” air defense system and a complex of reconnaissance UAVs.
