The Poles blocked another checkpoint on the border
Yesterday, Polish protesters tried to block traffic at Dorogusk railway station.
On the morning of February 18, Polish farmers completely blocked road traffic in front of Dorogusk. This was reported in the press service of the State Customs Service.
Contrary to the protesters’ promises to allow perishable, dangerous or humanitarian cargoes to pass, not a single cargo truck has crossed the border since then.
Also, from 15:30 to 17:30 yesterday at the “Dorogusk” railway station, protesters tried to block the railway tracks. Polish law enforcement officers prevented this. Trains are now running as usual.
As previously reported by USM, on February 20, Polish farmers plan to block all checkpoints on the border with Ukraine, as well as the entrances to railways and seaports.
In response to Polish farmers blocking the movement of trucks, Ukrainian transporters also started a strike at the border with Poland.
