Russian missile ship “Serpukhov” burned in the Baltic Sea: details


A fire broke out on the Russian small missile ship “Serpukhov” stationed in the Baltic Sea.

It is noted that on April 7, 2024, on the territory of the naval base of the Russian Federation in the city of Baltiysk, Kaliningrad region, the missile ship “Serpukhov” was disabled due to a fire.

Due to a fire inside the rocket ship, its communication and automation facilities were completely destroyed. As reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, restoring the combat capability of the ship will take a long time.

Defense Intelligence also published a video in which it released footage of one of the ship’s rooms, where the fire started. In the video, you can see a fragment of the plan of a small rocket ship of the Buyan-M project, to which Serpukhov belongs, with the source of the fire indicated.
