They tried to illegally export 15,000 tons of grain through the ports of Great Odesa

The exporting company deliberately avoided paying taxes and planned to export wheat worth UAH 81 million through the ports of Odesa.
This is reported by the Bureau of Economic Security in Odesa Region.
The investigation established that during the first quarter of 2024, the company received and planned to export products through the ports of the Odesa region to the Seychelles. The total volume was 15,000 tons, worth more than UAH 81 million.
“At the same time, the company’s officials deliberately did not reflect the operations of obtaining this wheat in the income tax declaration, which led to the non-payment of funds to the state budget,” the report says.
The director of the enterprise was notified of suspicion. After that, the export reimbursed UAH 14.7 million to the state budget.
It should be noted that the tax evasion case was referred to the court with an indictment.
As previously reported by USM, the BEB exposed a director who wanted to create a front company for exports from the ports of Odesa region.
