On December 1, Ukraine cancels the verification of exporters of agricultural products
As of December 1, the government will cancel the verification of exporters of agricultural products and the licensing of export agricultural goods.
Starting from December 1, exporters of agricultural products will no longer need verification. Anatoly Kosovan, managing partner of Kosovan Legal Group, reported this, Latifundist writes.
Also, agro-entrepreneurs will not have to obtain export licenses if the verification is not passed. The new rules allow companies to export regardless of the time of registration as a taxpayer or experience in grain exports.
At the same time, newly created companies that immediately export large batches of goods may face a temporary stoppage of registration of tax invoices by the tax service.
Violations regarding the return of foreign exchange earnings or the presence of a tax debt will also no longer be taken into account – only the amount of unreturned foreign exchange earnings will be affected. It is important to note that from now on, only VAT payers will have the right to export.Previously, USM wrote that an export regime for agricultural products was introduced in Ukraine
