The property complex of the Black Sea Fishport Administration is being sold for 4 million

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for auction the only property complex of the State Enterprise “Maritime Administration of the Black Sea Fish Port”. The company’s balance sheet includes two tankers and a patrol boat.

The auction is scheduled for January 15, 2025, and the starting price is UAH 4,747,000, according to the Prozorro.Sale website.

The company’s balance sheet includes two liquid tankers – “Yuzhny” (IMO: 8711772), which is located at the berth in the village of Burlacha Balka, and “Vostochny” (IMO: 8226997) at the berth in the Mykolaiv Commercial Port. As well as the patrol fish protection boat “Sadko-2” and the Hyundai H-1 car.

The terms of sale state that the buyer is obliged to ensure, within six months from the date of transfer of ownership, the following:

– prevention of dismissal of employees of the Black Sea Fishing Port Maritime Administration at the initiative of the buyer or an authorized body;

– repayment of debts on wages and to the budget, in the amount that will be accrued on the date of transfer of ownership of the EMC to the Black Sea Fishing Port Maritime Administration.

It should be noted that as of September 30, 2024, the overdue accounts payable of the State Enterprise is approximately UAH 2 million 880 thousand, including UAH 1 million 177 thousand in wages, as well as UAH 735 thousand to the budget.

As previously reported by USM, the first auction for the sale of the UDS fleet did not take place due to the lack of interested participants. The company believes that buyers are waiting for a price decrease.
