AMCU fines 14 companies for conspiracy related to Pivdennyi port
The Antimonopoly Committee recognized 14 companies as participants in a series of collusions in tenders held by the state enterprise “Sea Trade Port “Pivdennyi“.
This was reported by the press service of the The Antimonopoly Committee. It is noted that the companies participated in 34 tenders for the purchase of equipment, spare parts for machinery and materials with an expected value of over 195 million UAH.
During the consideration of the case, the Committee established that the defendants coordinated their behavior in order to eliminate competition among themselves.
For committing anti-competitive concerted actions, the companies were fined a total of 23.4 million UAH.
Earlier, we reported that the Antimonopoly Committee fined an enterprise owned by the Kernel agricultural holding.
