At night in the Turkish city of Trabzon, local fishermen found a sea drone that may be Ukrainian.

This is reported by hromadske with reference to Turkish media.

While working off the coast of the city’s Çarşıbashi district, the fishermen noticed a sea vessel they had never seen before, tied it to their boat and towed it to shore.

The coast guard arrived at the scene. The drone was moved to the safe zone of the port of Yoroz, as an initial inspection showed that the vessel could be loaded with explosives.

Unmanned vessel specialists from Istanbul have already been called to Trabzon. As stated by the president of the Yoroz fishing cooperative, Ismail Yilmaz, the drone “had a Ukrainian-made bomb.”

As noted by the Turkish media IHA, the found vessel has already been identified as a Ukrainian suicide drone. Previously, this is a drone from the Magura V5 series, designed to support operations against the Russian fleet.

Earlier, USM reported that a Russian Black Sea Fleet ship collided with a tanker while fleeing from Ukrainian drones.
