The Orlivka-Isaccea ferry has partially resumed operations

The ferry complex has resumed its work in test mode after the Russian attack.

This was reported by the operational headquarters of the Izmail Military Administration.

As noted by the department, one ferry with an approximate departure frequency of once an hour provides traffic on the line. Currently, the crossing is available for pedestrian crossings, passenger vehicles and trucks (TIR).

Buses are temporarily unable to pass.

As a reminder, as a result of the Russian attack on the night of November 22, the Orlivka ferry complex on the border with Romania suffered serious damage.

In total, the Russians struck the territory of the civilian facility more than 20 times, which led to the destruction of infrastructure and disruption of communications.

The company noted that it will take from several days to several weeks to restore the complex, depending on the volume of repair work and the availability of resources.

Earlier, USM said that the Orlivka ferry complex was closed after the shelling.
