BEB fined a company that exported soybeans through the ports of the Odesa region

The company exported about 10.5 thousand tons of soybeans to Turkey, Romania and the UAE. Bureau of Economic Security noted that the exporter filed a tax report with an understatement of tax and hid part of the income.

BEB detectives established that the enterprise engaged in wholesale trade in agricultural products shipped it to other companies and exported it to Turkey, Romania and the United Arab Emirates. In total, they sold about 10.5 thousand tons of soybeans with an estimated value of 104 million UAH.

“Later, the company’s officials filed a tax report with an understatement of income tax, hiding part of the income. As a result, the state received more than 18.7 million UAH less, which is an especially large amount,” the report says.
