Satellite images confirm fire at oil depot in Feodosia after Ukrainian army strikes

A large-scale fire is still ongoing in the territory of the key Russian oil hub in occupied Crimea.
In temporarily occupied Feodosia, a fire is still ongoing in the territory of the Marine Oil Terminal oil depot. This is reported by Schemy with reference to satellite images.
“In Feodosia in occupied Crimea, after new strikes by Ukrainian drones, at least two tanks are burning, surviving previous attacks by the Defense Forces in October 2025,” the report says.
Images from April 8 record active ignition and thick clouds of smoke on the territory of the facility. According to satellite data, as of noon, the fire continued to spread.

This is one of the key oil terminals in occupied Crimea, which plays an important role in the logistics of supplying fuel and lubricants to Russian troops in the southern direction.
According to the General Staff, the attack involved units of the Defense Forces, in particular drone operators of the 414th separate brigade “Birds of the Magyar”.
The latest strikes were a continuation of a series of attacks on the terminal’s infrastructure: after previous hits in 2025, part of the tank fleet had already been destroyed or damaged.
The new strikes, judging by satellite images, are aimed at the remnants of fuel capacities. In fact, we are talking about the systematic disabling of critical energy infrastructure that provides military logistics for the Russian Federation on the occupied peninsula.
Also, as USM wrote, the last Russian railway ferry was disabled in the Kerch Strait the day before.
