Russian bulk carrier likely unloaded at Israeli port

The bulk carrier “Abinsk”, which was transporting over 43 thousand tons of wheat from the occupied territories of Ukraine, left the port and indicates the status “in ballast”.

This was reported by Kateryna Yaresk, a journalist of the SeaKrime project of the Peacemaker Center.

On the morning of Wednesday, April 15, the bulk carrier “Abinsk” (IMO:9303869) under the flag of the Russian Federation left the port of Haifa.

“The vessel indicates the status “in ballast” and is heading to the Dardanelles, it seems that it will return to the Black Sea. Unfortunately, there is no information about the vessel from Israel yet, but we can make a preliminary conclusion that it was unloaded in Haifa,” Yaresko noted.

Recall that the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry drew the attention of his Israeli colleague to the situation with the import of stolen Ukrainian grain brought to the Russian Federation.

USM previously reported that on April 12, the port of Haifa (Israel) received the Russian bulk carrier “Abinsk”, which was transporting over 43 thousand tons of wheat from the occupied territories of Ukraine.
