Fourth attack in two weeks: drones again attack Tuapse refinery

The series of attacks on Russian oil infrastructure in April reached its peak in several months.
On the night of May 1, the Tuapse marine terminal in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation was again attacked by drones. This was reported by Ukrinform.
This is the fourth attack on the terminal in the past two weeks. Previously, attacks were recorded, in particular, on April 16, 20 and 28, when the Tuapse oil refinery was also hit.
According to Bloomberg, in April Ukraine significantly increased the intensity of attacks on Russian oil infrastructure. In total, at least 21 attacks were recorded on refineries, marine terminals and elements of the oil transportation system.
In particular, at least nine attacks fell on oil refineries, which was the highest figure since the beginning of the year.
OilX analysts note that this led to a decrease in the average level of oil refining in the Russian Federation to 4.69 million barrels per day – the lowest since December 2009.
Also, on the eve, the Ukrainian Navy struck Russian boats guarding the Kerch Bridge.
