Navy evacuates 17 Filipino sailors after Russian attack on civilian vessel

The crews of the Ukrainian Navy boats evacuated 17 civilian sailors from the damaged dry cargo ship VENTURO. This was reported by the Navy.

All 17 crew members — citizens of the Philippines — were safely evacuated to shore.
