July attacks on ports of Great Odesa: Russian military personnel involved in the strikes identified

The names of ten Russian servicemen who carried out missile strikes on the port infrastructure of the Odessa region in July 2026 have been made public.

The information portal “Book of Executioners of the Ukrainian People” published data on the identified Russian servicemen, writes Suspilne.  

According to the portal, the Russian Federation used Su-34M and Su-35S aircraft from two military centers of the Russian Ministry of Defense for the strikes. They took off from the Akhtubinsk airfield in the Astrakhan region, and the missiles were launched from the airspace near Razdolny and Mezhvodny in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

Ten servicemen were involved in the attacks. All of them are members of the reserve aviation units of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces:

• Stanislav Hasanov — major, commander of the Su-34M aircraft;

• Vladislav Kalinichenko — captain, navigator of the Su-34M;

• Sergey Zvyagin — lieutenant colonel, navigator of the Su-34M;

• Ivan Zinin — captain, commander of the Su-34M;

• Dmitry Tikhonov — colonel, captain, commander of the Su-34M;

• Dmitry Barsky — major, navigator of the Su-34M;

• Viktor Spichka — captain, commander of the Su-35S;

• Pavlo Malykhin — major, commander of the Su-35S;

• Oleksandr Simachenko — captain, commander of the Su-34M;

• Andriy Ryumin — lieutenant colonel, navigator of the Su-34M.

We remind you that, according to the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, in July, Russian troops carried out 124 attacks on Ukrainian maritime infrastructure facilities — ports and vessels, in particular those that were passing through the Ukrainian maritime corridor.
