Grain exports from Ukraine have decreased by 22% since the beginning of the season

Since the beginning of the 2026/27 marketing year, as of September 21, Ukraine has exported 4.662 million tons of grains and legumes, which is 22% less than in the same period last season.

This was reported by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.

Wheat exports decreased the most — by 43.9%, to 2.337 million tons against 4.168 million tons last year. Barley supplies decreased by 46.9% to 420,000 tons.

At the same time, corn exports more than doubled — by 103.4%, to 1.841 million tons. A year ago, on the same date, Ukraine exported 905,000 tons of corn.

Flour supplies also decreased. The export of wheat flour decreased by 48.9% to 6.8 thousand tons, and the total export of all types of flour decreased by 46.8% to 7.4 thousand tons.

Earlier, Minagro reported that the export of sunflower oil continues through all available logistic channels.
