Shares of six Ukrainian agricultural companies fell in price in a week

Agroton lost the most over the week — 8.2%, only IMC shares increased by 0.5%.
Agroton shares fell by 8.2% over the past week. This is the largest drop among Ukrainian agricultural companies traded on the Warsaw and London Stock Exchanges, writes Latifundist, citing Eavex Capital data.
The value of Milkiland shares also decreased — by 5%, MHP — by 3.1%, KSG Agro — by 2.3%, and Astarta — by 2.2%. At the same time, IMC shares rose by 0.5%, and Kernel quotes did not change.
MHP’s dynamics are especially indicative. A week ago, its shares fell by 16.8%, so in two weeks the company lost about 20% of its value. Capitalization decreased to $602 million against $760 million at the end of August and $944 million in June. Back in August, MHP was in the red since the beginning of the year by 23.6%, and now it is showing a minus of 21.9%.
Since the beginning of the year, only IMC has shown positive dynamics among Ukrainian agricultural companies – the company’s shares have grown by 17.8%.
The rest are in the red. Agroton lost the most – 31.4%. Milkiland shares fell by 27.3%, KSG Agro – by 26.2%, MHP – by 21.9%, Astarta – by 14.4%, and Kernel – by 5.8%. For comparison: at the end of August, Astarta showed a minus of 6.5%, that is, the decline in one and a half months has accelerated more than twice.
The leader in market capitalization remains Kernel with an indicator of $1.489 billion. MHP is in second place with a capitalization of $602 million, followed by IMC — $275 million and Astarta — $242 million. Among smaller companies, Agroton is valued at $21 million, and KSG Agro and Milkiland — $11 million each.
The fall in quotes coincides with the crisis in sea exports. Ukrainian agricultural companies are operating under conditions of a de facto blockade of the deep-water ports of Greater Odessa, where cargo processing has decreased by more than 15 times. Kernel has already refused to pay dividends for the 2026 fiscal year, explaining this by disruptions in exports via the Black Sea and the need to restore damaged assets.
The day before, USM reported that the blockade of ports threatens the payment of rent for land shares.
