From Izmail port you can now get to Transylvania
The “Discovery of Romania” cruise program has been updated: the program of bus guided tours to Transylvania has been added to the cruise route.
“Ukrainian tourists, who have the opportunity to go to Romania on a weekly MS Diana cruise vessel from the Izmail seaport, will be able to see not only the quaint Romanian Delta, but also Transylvania,” the press service of the Izmail branch of the USPA said.
MS Diana shipowner Marius Krivtonenku said that in the fall the tour program included excursions to the cities of Sinai and Brasov. As part of the cruise, you can visit the sights of Transylvania, among them the Peles and Bran castles (better known as “Dracula’s castle”), the Piaţa Sfatului Town Hall Square, the Black Church, and others.
The travel schedule has also changed: from now on, the cruise for Ukrainians will be carried out during the weekend – starting on Thursday evening and ending on Monday morning.
As a reminder, the cruise ship MS Diana, starting from April this year, has been carrying out weekly calls to the seaport of Izmail. The motor ship can accommodate 80 passengers. The vessel has 25 double cabins (four stars) and seven suites for four people. The motor vessel was built in the Netherlands. The operator of the vessel is the Romanian travel company SC Webmedia SRL.
