Cargo handling in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi port increased more than 100 times

In half a year, the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi port handled more cargo than during the last three years in total.

After the announcement in April of the operation of the port in the format of a logistics center, the enterprise processed almost all types of grain and several types of MMC products, the press service of the port reported.

The port administration did not say exactly how much the port handled, but noted that the company received more than 10,000 trucks and shipped more than 4,000 wagons by rail.

“Thus, the port significantly eased the load on the road infrastructure to the ports of Izmail and Reni,” the press service of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi port noted.

All products from the port were sent for export. It is noted that only in the last six months the company processed more cargo than in the last three years in general.
