In the temporarily occupied Crimea, a battle took place involving watercraft and aviation.

The information was confirmed by Defence Intelligence representative Andriy Yusov in the comment of Hromadske.

“As part of the special operation, personnel were disembarked on the territory of the peninsula. The Main Directorate of Intelligence in cooperation with the Navy carried out a special operation, the goal was achieved, there were no casualties among the personnel. The special operation continues, we do not reveal all the details, there are losses among the enemy’s personnel, as well as among the forces and means. Information on the number of casualties is being clarified,” Yusov said.

Earlier, the “Krym.Realiya” publication, with reference to local sources, reported that there were explosions in Crimea.

“From 5 o’clock in the morning, explosions were heard near the Mayak settlement on Cape Tarkhankut, local sources informed us. In addition, our sources in Ukrainian intelligence confirmed that a battle involving watercraft and aircraft took place in this area. The details have not yet been specified,” the journalists said.
