Financing of the restoration of Ukraine’s infrastructure in the amount of 100 billion euros is implied. Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced Poland’s proposal on Twitter.
“An investment package of 100 billion euros for the restoration of infrastructure was proposed to the EU by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. A friendly step that will leave a mark on history. Ukrainians know and appreciate your support! Thank you,” Shmygal commented.
