Financial plan of the USPA for 2022 will appear in December-January

The draft financial plan of the USPA for 2022 is undergoing the second round of approvals at the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development.

This was stated by the head of the department, Olexandr Golodnitsky, in an interview for the CFTS.

According to the official, after approval by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development, the financial plan will be submitted to the government committee, then to the Cabinet of Ministers.

We plan to form and submit the changes in late December 2021 – early January 2022,” said the head of the USPA.

Golodnitsky also noted that by the end of 2021, the USPA plans to receive about UAH 900 million (USD 33.2 million), which is slightly more than 70% of the planned value.

“It was not possible to select all the funds due to the fact that the financial plan for 2020 was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers only in September 2020, and in 2021, already having the financial plan for 2021 approved by the government, we had to adjust the financial plan for 2021. And the revised financial plan for 2021 was approved only in September of this year,” said Olexandr Golodnitsky.

In the financial plan for 2022, the USPA plans capital investments in the amount of UAH 1.960 billion (USD 72.3 million) for development and about UAH 2.100 billion (USD 77.4 million) for financing.
