Four more vessels with coal from the USA will enter Ukraine

DTEK Energo has agreed on an additional 4 panamax class vessels with imported thermal coal.

Thus, to date, the total number of deliveries by the company by sea has been increased to 13 vessels, and the volume of imported coal – up to 858 thousand tons, the press service of DTEK Energo reports.

In September-December, the company has imported 880,000 tons of thermal coal to Ukraine, which made it possible to increase coal reserves at TPPs to 548,000 tons. To date, DTEK has accepted 9 vessels with imported coal.
