In 2025, the Pivdennyi Port plans to process at least 9 million tons

During this year, the State Enterprise “Sea Trade Port of Pivdennyi” plans to process at least 9 million tons of cargo.

This is stated in the Letter of Expectations of the owner of the enterprise for 2025, writes Rail.insider.

It is assumed that the port of Pivdennyi will also process at least 1.5 million tons of non-core cargoes (except for iron ore raw materials and coal for export) during this period.

In particular, the enterprise plans to achieve a net financial result for 2025 in the amount of more than 516 million UAH.

It is also planned to “hold tenders and select suppliers of equipment for a specialized bulk cargo reloading complex (carloader rotor, ship loading machine, reclaimer)”.

The enterprise’s strategic plan for 2024–2028 for the construction of a specialized bulk cargo reloading complex provides for the possibility of advancing the start of work on the production of equipment.

Earlier, USM reported that the port of Pivdennyi announced a tender for 4.7 million UAH.
