In the Black Sea, a storm ran aground on a ship traveling from the Russian Federation


Due to a storm in the Black Sea, a dry cargo under the flag of Belize ran aground near Anapa.

The cargo vessel Blue Shark, under the flag of Belize, was damaged. The storm tore the dry cargo from the anchor in the evening of November 26.

During the night, the vessel drifted towards the shore until it ran aground near the coast of Anapa near the village of Vityazevo in Russia. It was with a cargo of barley for Egypt in the seaport of Taman.

There are 21 crew members on board the vessel, in total, citizens of Syria, India and Egypt. Currently, the dry cargo is on the shoal in the immediate vicinity of the shore.
