Agroholding Kernel has launched a new business service – transshipment of vegetable oil at the company’s three terminals in Chornomorsk, Pivdenniy and in the port of Reni on the Danube.

This was reported by the company’s press service, writes Latifundist.com.

Kernel Logistics Director Mykola Miroshnychenko said that from now on the company is expanding its capabilities for Ukrainian agricultural producers.

“Today, more than ever, it is important to join forces – technical, operational, business – to jointly increase the export potential of our country. Therefore, Kernel no longer locks itself in logistics, elevators and processing plants, but is ready to provide services to the market, including railway and port transportation,” said Mykola Miroshnychenko.

The company offers services for the export of oil cargoes both exclusively from transshipment and a full cycle – with a set of railway services, control and accounting of cargo, export documentary support, etc.

“We offer this service to both oil producers and traders. We ourselves are the largest producers and exporters of sunflower oil in Ukraine, so we know this business and all its features very well. And we are ready to share our experience and capabilities. In particular, we have the most powerful and most extensive infrastructure from a technical point of view, represented in each region – both on the Danube and in the ports of Greater Odessa, we accept any type of transport,” said Yuriy Kizlevych, head of the transshipment and fleet department. As USM previously reported, the terminal in Reni for the shipment of oil can potentially handle 80-100 thousand tons of oil per month.
